4. Contact-form email processing
Triple J Design uses Resend to send transactional email generated by this website.
When you submit the contact form, the information you provide is transmitted through Resend so that the enquiry can be delivered to Triple J Design and an acknowledgement can be sent to the email address you provided.
Resend acts as an email-processing service provider. Personal information processed through this service may be processed outside South Africa in accordance with Resend’s applicable data-processing and security arrangements.
5. Business email and correspondence
Enquiries sent to jenni@triplejdesign.co.za are received and managed through Zoho Mail. Information contained in an enquiry and subsequent correspondence may therefore be stored within Triple J Design’s business email account.
A backup copy of website enquiries may also be delivered to an authorised Gmail account controlled by Triple J Design. This means Google may process that email in accordance with its applicable privacy and security terms.
Access to these accounts is restricted to authorised use for Triple J Design business purposes.
6. How long we keep information
Triple J Design does not keep personal information for longer than necessary.
Website enquiries that do not develop into an active client relationship will generally be retained for 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. After that period, the information will be deleted or securely destroyed unless there is another lawful reason for Triple J Design to retain it.
If an enquiry develops into a client relationship, relevant correspondence and business records may be kept for longer where reasonably necessary for the client relationship, contractual obligations, accounting or tax requirements, dispute resolution, legal obligations or other legitimate business purposes permitted by law.
Where personal information is no longer required and there is no lawful basis for continued retention, Triple J Design will delete, destroy or de-identify it in accordance with POPIA.
7. Analytics
Google Analytics is not currently enabled on this website.
If Triple J Design introduces analytics in future, this Privacy Policy and any necessary cookie or consent controls will be updated to reflect the technology actually used before or when it is enabled.

Triple J Design does not sell personal information submitted through this website.
10. International processing
Some technology providers used by Triple J Design may process or store personal information outside South Africa.
Where personal information is transferred outside South Africa, Triple J Design will take reasonable steps to ensure that the transfer is handled in a manner permitted by POPIA, including the requirements applicable to transfers of personal information outside the Republic.

Triple J Design takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
These measures may include secure website connections, restricted access to business email accounts, server-side handling of website credentials, authentication controls and the use of reputable service providers.
No internet or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If Triple J Design becomes aware of a security compromise affecting personal information, it will take the steps required under applicable law, including notification where POPIA requires it.
